Mantua, NJ (April 17, 2006) -- Sherry Amos, formerly Vice
President of Marketing for Tropicana Casino and Resort, has
opened a full service marketing firm called Sherry Amos & Associates,
LLC. The firm offers marketing expertise to all types of hospitality
industry firms including casino operators, restaurants, retailers,
entertainment venues, nightclubs, developers, hotel operators
and non-profit organizations. Ms. Amos specializes in developing
and executing marketing plans and implementation strategies
that meet a specific list of business goals.
“My twenty-three years in the gaming/hospitality industry
has provided me with profound experience in all types of marketing
including public relations, advertising, direct marketing,
special events, promotions & strategic partnerships,” said
Ms. Amos. “Most recently, my extensive experience includes
leasing, merchandising and marketing of casino, retail, dining & entertainment
facilities including the incredibly successful Tropicana project,
The Quarter.”
Sherry Amos and Associates was recently retained by the Cordish
Group in Baltimore, Md. and is currently developing and implementing
the marketing plan for Seminole Paradise located at the Seminole
Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Florida. Seminole Paradise is
South Florida’s newest hot spot featuring 17 restaurants,
22 retail shops and 11 nightclubs connected to an award winning
casino.
Sherry Amos is also a member of the ICSC ( International
Council of Shopping Centers), the Atlantic City Chamber of
Commerce, The Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce, The South
Jersey Chamber of Commerce and the Public Relation Council
